Forming political cadres with doctrinal clarity, republican character, and operational capacity, able to understand the Venezuelan phenomenon, exercise responsible leadership, and execute organized political action aimed at the recovery, stabilization, and reconstruction of the Republic.

This curriculum does not seek to train passive militants or emotional followers. It seeks to train republican cadres, capable of understanding, leading, and acting in one of the most complex political contexts in Venezuelan history.
Educating oneself is a political responsibility. Exercising what has been learned is a historical duty. We do not seek to produce opinion-makers, but leaders, organizers, and those responsible for power.

COMPREHENSION OF THE PHENOMENON AND IDEOLOGICAL LINE
To provide the militant with a deep, structural, and non-superficial understanding of the Venezuelan collapse, the system that sustains it, and the ideological line that guides Rumbo Libertad.
LEVEL I
Diagnosis of the Venezuelan Collapse
- Venezuela: from functional Republic to captured State
- Socialism, statism, and clientelism as a power system
- Institutional destruction, State informalization, and criminalization of power
- False opposition and administration of decadence
- Collapse as a political phenomenon, not just economic
Resultado: The cadre understands what happened, why it happened, and why it has not been resolved.
LEVEL II
Republican Doctrine and Republican Right
- Republic, Rule of Law, and limits to power
- Individual liberty and political responsibility
- Limited State and institutional order
- National sovereignty and Western civilization
- Difference between republican right, empty conservatism, and opportunistic pragmatism
Resultado: The cadre knows what they defend, from where, and against what.
LEVEL III
Rumbo Libertad Doctrine
- Rumbo Libertad Manifesto — integral study
- Doctrinal principles and their practical application
- Break with the failed system
- Principle of exceptionality and republican transition
- Legitimacy, political virtue, and radical decisions
Resultado: The cadre internalizes the ideological line and can explain, defend, and apply it without contradictions.
