In an important step to coordinate international efforts and engage with the Venezuelan diaspora, the general coordinator of Rumbo Libertad, Eduardo Bittar, met with U.S. Federal Judge Roy K. Altman in the Southern District of Florida. Judge Altman, appointed by President Donald Trump, is of Venezuelan origin, born in Caracas, which gave the meeting a special sense of brotherhood.
Meeting focused on law, order, and freedom
Bittar attended the presentation of Judge Altman's book "Israel on Trial" and thanked him for the warm reception. The meeting allowed for a dialogue on shared values such as the defense of the rule of law, order, and real freedom, in contrast to the socialist chaos in Venezuela. These types of connections seek to build solid bridges between the Venezuelan resistance in exile and influential figures in the United States.
"An honor to be today with @RoyKAltman, United States federal judge, appointed by President Donald Trump in the Southern District of Florida. I thank him for the invitation to the presentation of his book Israel on Trial and, above all, for the Venezuelan brotherhood with which he received me. Roy was born in Caracas."
Rumbo Libertad views this meeting as part of a broader international outreach strategy. The Venezuelan diaspora, especially in Florida, represents a fundamental pillar for the cause of freedom. Bittar reaffirmed the movement's commitment to continue coordinating with leaders who defend principles of sovereignty, justice, and the rejection of socialism, strengthening a global support network to achieve a free Venezuela. #LibertadONada
